Structural Study / 2025
Emotional Resilience
A paper structure exploring strength and vulnerability
A self-supporting paper structure translates resilience into form. Folded and curled elements develop from exploratory sketches into an assembly whose strength depends on the relationship between its parts.

Sketch, fold, assemble
The study begins with intersecting planes, curved frames, and radial forms. Material trials explore how folds and curls can stiffen paper and connect it into a standing structure.
